Denver Broncos 2020 FA Grades: Graham Glasgow, RG

Contract: 4 years, $44 million ($26 million guaranteed)

The Denver Broncos have not been shy about trying to upgrade the offensive line through free agency with big-dollar contracts in recent years.

Glasgow was signed from the Detroit Lions to fill the void left behind by Ron Leary, a tremendous guard who just simply couldn’t stay healthy for the Broncos.

While Glasgow played in 13 games, the Denver Broncos had obviously hoped their days of needing to rotate players in at the position were mostly over with Glasgow in the fold and his availability was somewhat inconsistent throughout the season, not only missing three full games but missing parts of others with injuries.

Still, it’s hard to fault Glasgow for the rigors of playing in the NFL and he also was subject to the league’s COVID rules at one point.

On the field, Glasgow allowed just one sack (per PFF) and was called for five penalties, one that was declined.

That is right about in line with his career average and although Glasgow was not menacing from the right guard spot, he was very solid out there and the Broncos are obviously banking on him being the guy there for the foreseeable future.

Grade: B-
