Will Justin Simmons get a deal done with the Denver Broncos?

I personally think that it would be silly if I did not mention safety Justin Simmons on this list.

Whether you believe Simmons and the Broncos will get a long-term deal done, keeping him in Denver, it is still a possibility that they do not come to an agreement.

A long-term deal for Simmons would probably make him the highest-paid safety in the league. Both sides would like to get a deal done, but would he ultimately end up getting more money somewhere else?

Speaking of the Simmons contract, over the summer, Steven Kriz wrote about possible contract numbers for Simmons. You can check it out here.

Has Simmons done enough since then to raise his value? That is entirely likely in my opinion due to his 96 tackles and five interceptions in 2020.

It will not be cheap to keep Simmons around.
