Teams to watch  in Week 17

The following teams all fall into the same category as the Broncos, where they could pick anywhere in that 5-15 range.

Cincinnati Bengals

Philadelphia Eagles

Detroit Lions

New York Giants

Carolina Panthers

Dallas Cowboys

Los Angeles Chargers

Minnesota Vikings

New England Patriots

San  Francisco 49ers

As you can see, even with no playoffs at stake and with fantasy football seasons mostly over, there is still reason to follow these teams this weekend. Naturally, fans are going to hope their team gets the best pick possible in the first round, but that would also require the Broncos to lose.

Most of these teams are playing for next season and with the playoffs out of reach, could be experimenting with some different players on Sunday in order to see what they can build toward in 2021.

In the case of the Giants and Cowboys, each of those teams can still remarkably win their division title despite their poor record, so you know both of those teams are going to give 100 percent.

It all makes for an exciting last week of the season as there is still something to play for, or not play for, depending on how you view it.
