After showing flashes in his rookie 2018 season with the Broncos while battling through some injuries, DaeSean Hamilton has had a really tough go of it literally since the first game of 2019.

Hamilton has struggled specifically with dropped passes, to the point that the Broncos may not be able to really trust him with significant snaps.

Especially if KJ Hamler is healthy, this is a move the Broncos might be able to afford, even with Courtland Sutton out for the 2020 season with a knee injury.

The big thing here is, it seems like many teams around the league have wide receivers on the block. There would have to be some team out there that specifically needs a slot player like Hamilton and probably with people in the front office that really liked him before the 2018 NFL Draft.

I suggested one possible trade idea last week involving Hamilton.

The Broncos could also try and continue to be patient with Hamilton, who is lauded for his hard work and getting out to the practice field early. You would hate to see a player with such potential go but a change of scenery could be good for Hamilton and potentially beneficial to the Broncos as well.
