Brandon McManus, K

Saving the best for last, Brandon McManus was the hero of the day. Going a perfect 6/6 on the day, McManus accounted for all of the Denver Broncos’ points in their win over New England.

So far, the Broncos’ decision to extend McManus has been a good one. He is easily one of the most reliable kickers in the league. It is not ideal to rely on field goals to win games, which really, is a flaw in the Broncos’ offensive attack, but if you have to rely on a kicker, it is good to have one as efficient as Brandon McManus.

His long on the day was a 54-yarder.

McManus is reliable in short to long-range situations, and many may be afraid to say it, but it’s not crazy to consider that McManus is arguably the hottest kicker in the league at this point.
