The Broncos are set to take the field for the first time in 17 days as they face the Patriots.
It seems like it has been nearly a year since the Denver Broncos last played in a game. Before everything had gone down regarding the current state of the world, the Broncos would be preparing for the Miami Dolphins this Sunday.
But due to the New England Patriots positive COVID-19 tests, games were shifted around. Now, the Broncos will not see the Dolphins until Week 11. The Chargers game gets moved up three weeks. And the worst of all, the Broncos were forced to work on their bye week.
Denver was set to have their bye week in Week 8. Now, they were only given a couple of days off and have to prepare for the Patriots once again.
How will this game go this time around? Well, it might be an even tougher game with Cam Newton and Stephon Gillmore now set to play on Sunday after forcing to miss time due to testing positive for the coronavirus.
So, the question is, who really got the advantage for a game being pushed back a week? It is the question we are all curious to know. But it will be game day soon. So, let us take a look at what we are looking for ahead of the Broncos at Patriots matchup.
