The Denver Broncos’ second-round pick out of Penn State has been struggling with hamstring problems literally all of 2020 dating back to his Scouting Combine training.

Hamler’s speed and quickness are absolutely outstanding, but is he too fast for his own good?

An underrated aspect of Hamler’s game is his toughness. We saw that on display against the Pittsburgh Steelers in a big way.

Still, hamstring issues have limited Hamler to just 120 snaps in four games, 12 targets total, and six receptions for 78 yards.

We also haven’t gotten to see Hamler’s after-the-catch abilities.

Hamstring injuries are no joke for any athlete, but especially for guys who rely on speed. Hopefully that won’t be a problem for the entirety of the 2020 season for Hamler. The Broncos desperately need him out there.
