Garett Bolles: Say what you will about this guy, but I have been saying for months that he is not as bad as many people make it seem and that this year would be the year he turns it around. So far, so good after one game.

How many times did you hear Bolles’ name called? For an offensive tackle, that’s generally a good thing. He stood tall against the Tennessee pass rush in this game and didn’t have a single penalty called on him.

Alexander Johnson: Some fans are going to complain about the unnecessary roughness penalty that Johnson was called for in this game, one that negated an interception by Michael Ojemudia. It was a tough penalty, but it was just a bad call.

Johnson led the team with 12 tackles and looks to be becoming one of the defensive leaders on this team.

Jeremiah Attaochu: Without Von Miller and a non-existent Bradley Chubb, Attaochu played well, having four tackles and the team’s lone sack on the night.
