Talib’s History-Making Pick Six

Overall, the 2017 season was pretty forgettable for the Broncos, after a season full of hope turned into an extreme disappointment.

This, however, was one highlight that is worth remembering forever.

In what was easily the Broncos’ most dominant game of 2017, the Broncos were beating the Dallas Cowboys 35-17 with a little over a minute left to play in the game.

Talib wanted more points, so more points he scored.

Talib would break up Dak Prescott’s pass intended for Dez Bryant, and not only did he pick it off, he took it 103 yards to the house, and by doing so, made history.

It would be Talib’s 10th pick six, moving him fourth place all time on the pick six list. He joined pretty good company in front of him– Rodd Woodson, Darren Sharper and Charles Woodson.

It was on this day that he even surpassed his childhood idol, Deion Sanders.
