Which Denver Broncos players are playing their way to a roster spot at camp so far?

It’s not going to be easy to make the Denver Broncos‘ 53-man roster in 2020.

The Broncos may not have the best or deepest roster in the entire NFL, but they have a ton of promising young talent in combination with proven veterans on both sides of the ball.

With four special teams players on the roster and three of them heading to the 53, there are 76 players for 53 active roster spots and 16 practice squad spots.

With 24 very tough cuts to make, which players have played their way onto the active roster with strong training camp performances? Which players will the Broncos not be able to slip through waivers, even without preseason tape for all 31 other teams to digest?

This is going to be a really fascinating year to monitor roster movement because teams are going to have to really trust their eyes in practice as well as their pro and college scouting departments. It’s not going to be as easy for players on other clubs to get jobs with other teams given the fact that camp tape is not readily available for other teams to evaluate, and the Broncos typically do a bunch of work studying other teams this time of year for potential additions to the active roster or 53-man roster.

The Broncos are deep enough that we could see them make some trades before too long, but if the 53-man roster is made up of just the guys who are currently on the team, which players have played their way to a roster spot?

Some of the names may surprise you.
