The Denver Broncos have several players who could be a pleasant surprise for them in 2020.

It’s been an up and down past couple of seasons for the Denver Broncos. They’ve gone 9-7, 5-11, 6-10, and 7-9 since their Super Bowl 50 victory following the 2015 season.

Some of the issues were from poor draft selections (looking at you, Paxton Lynch). Some of the issues were due to incompetent coaching decisions (looking at you, Vance Joseph, and Rich Scangarello). Finally, some issues were because of free agent or trade acquisitions (Looking at you, Joe Flacco and Brandon Allen).

But now, the Broncos appear to be on the right track with where they are at. There were some weak spots on the team in 2019, but there should be some much-needed improvement across the board.

Some players, such as Justin Simmons, Von Miller, Bradley Chubb, and Courtland Sutton are sure-fire players who will make a strong impact on the Broncos in 2020. There is no doubt that each of them will help the team win games.

There are others who you may not think will have an impact, but surely they will.

Let’s take a look at three players who we feel could be a big, pleasant surprise for the Broncos in 2020.
