Denver Broncos: Trade ideas team can target before 2020 season
Rasul Douglas, CB, Philadelphia Eagles
Rasul Douglas has flashed potential in the three years he has played for the Philadelphia Eagles. Douglas is a big corner who plays the game physically, a staple for Fangio’s defense.
Douglas has remained healthy over his career and shown a knack for some big plays, recording five interceptions and 25 passes defended over the last three seasons.
Though Douglas has shown some ability to make plays, he does lack recovery speed leading to some big-plays for the opponent.
Those big plays often happened in man and remains a philosophical fit for what the Broncos do in their zone heavy scheme.
It may cost the Broncos a 6th or 7th round pick to get Douglas, and he may be a nice addition to the outside and worth a flyer in a trade.
