Which Denver Broncos players will shine early on in 2020 training camp?
It’s hard not to be excited about the Denver Broncos’ roster heading into the 2020 season.
Although the COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant doubts about what the NFL season will look like, at this point in time, it appears as though the NFL is planning on pressing forward and attempting to have the 2020 season as scheduled, even though fans will be limited or not able to attend games at all.
With training camp starting up soon and NFL teams putting plans in place to have the safest working environments they can reasonably put together, what Broncos players have a chance to really stand out early on?
NFL teams will only be able to have 80 players on their rosters by mid-August and the league is creating roster exceptions this season, so while the lack of preseason games certainly is a hindrance to guys who need to prove themselves, these players will get the opportunity to use practice to make an impression.
One of the best parts about training camp is when a player comes out of nowhere to make the roster, and we also love hearing stories about players who are progressing from where they were last season.
Here are five players I think will stand out early on in Broncos camp.
