Vernon Littlefield (Ballers)

Played by Donovan W. Carter

By: Shelby Manning

In the popular HBO series Ballers, we see defensive back Vernon Littlefield as one of the top touted defensive players in the NFL, but there is one problem — Littlefield isn’t sure he wants to play football anymore and wants a career as a video gamer.

After his best friend and agent help him through his identity crisis, he gets a top-dollar deal with the Dallas Cowboys.

Vernon Littlefield would have the right coaching and brotherhood in guys like Von Miller and Bradley Chubb to elevate his game even more. Therefore, a trade between the Cowboys and Denver Broncos could be huge.

Vince Papale (Invincible)

Played by Mark Wahlberg

By: Ty Walden

I am going to cheat a little bit since this character played in real life for the Philadelphia Eagles, but you’ve got a chance to have a strong receiving corps and special teams with Vince Papale on the squad. With how special teams have been the past few seasons, it would not hurt.

Vince’s playing career was cut short due to injury, but during the time he did play, he was a great player.

He obtained status as special teams captain during his playing career. It is a shame that he was unable to play for a longer period of time. But there is no doubt he could be a strong leader on the Broncos.
