Paxton Lynch (2016-17)

Whoa boy. I know a lot of Broncos Country will agree with me on this. But Paxton Lynch might potentially go down as the biggest first-round draft bust in Denver Broncos history. Saying that alone puts him at the top spot on my list of worst Broncos quarterbacks.

After Peyton Manning retired and Brock Osweiler went to the Texans, the Broncos were left with Trevor Siemian. The team got Mark Sanchez and then traded up in the first round to draft Paxton Lynch.

He would fill in for Trevor Siemian after he was forced out of the game due to injury in the fourth game of 2016. He would lead the team to a win. But he would get his first start against the Falcons, a game that I attended. And was it messy.

Just seeing him in the game live, I had a feeling he would never work out. And it turns out he never did. A lot of issues all around and losing a starting and backup battle against seventh-round quarterbacks was the final straw.

Denver would cut ties with him before the start of the 2018 season. Such a shame.  Who do you believe is the worst quarterback in Broncos history?
