Courtland Sutton has had a promising career at receiver for the Broncos

Out of the players on this list, Courtland Sutton has the longest road ahead to the Hall of Fame.

It’s not due to a lack of talent. Oh no, no, no. Sutton is extremely talented. He can make some incredible catches and was able to put up a 1,100-yard season with three separate quarterbacks throwing him the ball. That spells “special”.

Sutton has played just two seasons but has over 1,800 receiving yards and has averaged 15.9 yards per reception. He has become the team’s true number one receiver and should play nicely with young stud Drew Lock.

Like I said: Sutton has a loooong way to go before Hall of Fame consideration, but he is an important weapon on the offensive side of the ball. If he can keep up his great statistics and go over 1,000 receiving yards many more times in his career, he should definitely be considered.

We are glad that the Broncos have what appears to be a very good quarterback in Lock. But it would be interesting to see what kinds of stats Sutton can put up with mediocre quarterback play.
