No. 2: Kansas City Chiefs

There will certainly be some fans who argue that the Chiefs should be No.1 on this list. But that likely would have a lot to do with the fact that the Chiefs have been wildly successful since Patrick Mahomes became the team’s starting quarterback and they did win the Super Bowl last year.

When a division rival wins the Super Bowl, it makes them pretty easy to dislike.

On top of that, the Chiefs have been on quite the streak against the Broncos, handing them an “L” nine times in a row. Something must be done about that and soon for the Broncos.

The Chiefs play in one of the loudest stadiums in the league and Arrowhead is a very difficult place to go and win a road game.

But the Chiefs have always been one of Denver’s main rivals.

Remember when Joe Montana and Elway had that classic duel on Monday Night Football in 1994? Or when the Chiefs were favorites in the 1997 playoffs and the Broncos came on the road and knocked them out in the divisional round before eventually winning the Super Bowl.
