Original Pick:

New Pick:

Spencer Larsen was yet another pick that did not spend a lot of time with the Broncos. In fact, he spent just three years in the orange and blue.

During that time, he transitioned from playing fullback to going over to the other side of the ball, where he played linebacker. For the Broncos, Larsen recorded 38 tackles.

He was spent time with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well.

John Sullivan started 125 of 153 games played during his career that spanned from 2008 to 2018. His first eight years in the league were with the Vikings.

Sullivan established himself as a solid player, earning Built Ford Tough Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2018 and First-Team All-Pro in 2012. The Broncos had an aging center in Casey Wiegmann.

R7, Pick 220: Selected S Josh Barrett

New Pick: LB Wesley Woodyard

Wesley Woodyard ended up as a member of the Broncos, but it came as an undrafted free agent. He could have been a good selection  in the NFL Draft. In hindsight, he continues to have a much better career overall than safety Josh Barrett did.

Barrett played in 20 games for the Broncos over two seasons and recorded 32 tackles, one tackle for loss and an interception.

Woodyard spent six seasons with the Broncos and accumulated 435 tackles in 87 games for the team. He also had five interceptions and six forced fumbles. He is currently a free agent but played exceptionally well for the Titans during his time in Tennessee.

New Pick:

Stevie Johnson ended up as a very good pick for the Buffalo Bills in 2008. He spent six seasons with them before moving on to the 49ers for one season and the Chargers for two.

During his career, Johnson had 381 receptions for 4,764 yards and 34 receiving touchdowns. He had a respectable 40-time of 4.46-seconds and could’ve been another weapon for the Broncos receiving corps.

Hillis was a fun player who made it onto the cover of a Madden video game while with the Cleveland Browns. It is unfortunate that he only spent two seasons in Denver, including when he led the team in rushing his rookie season.

With the Browns, he showed his ceiling, rushing for 1,177 yards and scoring 11 touchdowns.
