Tim Patrick has been overlooked since the Denver Broncos took several receivers in the 2020 NFL Draft.

WR Tim Patrick

Tim Patrick hasn’t necessarily had career-changing stats for the Broncos since joining the team in 2018, but he still has made some impact plays. He has caught 39 of 72 targets in his two seasons in Denver, with 29 of them going for first downs.

The Broncos have struggled on third down the last couple of seasons, but Patrick has helped at that part of the offense.

Patrick should definitely make the squad in 2020, based off of his third-down ability. He won’t be a player that will have a huge impact every week, but he is a guy who can go up and catch passes that are difficult for a lot of guys.

He has a yards-per-catch average of 13.7. Along with the team’s new additions at wide receiver, I anticipate their third-down struggles to be limited in 2020.

Patrick should definitely get more noticed. Don’t forget about him.
