Dalton Risner’s Madden 20 starting rating: 70

What he finished the season with: 77

That is a pretty solid jump for a rookie offensive lineman. Risner saw his awareness rating stay at 74 for the first four weeks of the season and then make a climb up to 84 over the next five weeks. It stayed at 84 for the remainder of the season.

Risner’s RBP (run block power) started at a 76 overall and made a pretty small jump to 79 overall for the final nine weeks of the season. His pass blocking power started at a 74 overall and reached 79 through the final weeks of the season.

You can check out Risner’s progression in the video game here.

Risner allowed three sacks during his rookie season while committing three penalties on 975 total snaps. That ratio is very good.

He has shown a lot of positive things so far in his career. It could take him some time to make a huge jump in the overall ratings on the game. But to improve seven points throughout a season is very good for a rookie.

Madden 21 overall rating prediction: 79
