CB: Champ Bailey

One of the top-three cornerbacks in the history of the NFL, Champ Bailey was one of the last true shutdown cornerbacks the league had seen.

Easily the best cornerback in Broncos history, Bailey had 52 interceptions during his career. Bailey was traded to the Broncos from the Redskins in one of the most famous trades that involved running back Clinton Portis.

Bailey spent the next ten seasons in Denver.

Of his 52 career interceptions, 34 of them came as a member of the Broncos. His best season came during a strong playoff-push season when he had ten picks and a touchdown.

Bailey is credited with 12 Pro Bowl selections, is a 3-time first-team All-Pro, a 4-time second-team All-Pro, was named to the 2000s-All-Decade team, as well as the Broncos’ 50th Anniversary team.
