Champ Bailey

Champ Bailey, one of two most-recent Hall of Famers of the Broncos (the other obviously being owner Pat Bowlen), was such a blast to watch. There was nobody like him during his time with Denver.

While Bailey was part of a solid 2005 that unfortunately lost to the Steelers in the AFC Championship Game, he was a huge part of the 2006 season, as he intercepted 10 passes.

Bailey is my all-time favorite player. Having the privilege of attending training camp, as well as watching him play in games live in Denver, I am thankful that I got to witness greatness in him while he was still playing.

I even got to meet him within the first few years of him being a Denver Bronco, which was so cool.

Bailey played with so much heart and it really sucks that he was not able to be on a Super Bowl-winning team. I understand that he retired a few years before their Super Bowl victory against the Panthers, but I think that he deserves a ring for his accomplishments in Denver.
