Los Angeles Chargers

2020 AFC West Record Prediction: 1-5

The Los Angeles Chargers will have a new look this season after parting ways with longtime QB Phillip Rivers in the offseason. While Rivers is past his prime days, how this will impact their performance in 2020 is up in the air.

While they adjust to a new QB, the Chargers could be in somewhat of a rebuild. However, they have just as talented of a roster as any in the West.

Once again, the Chargers are somewhat of an enigma. If they can remain healthy this season, they could make a splash. With the seven-team playoff, all four AFC West teams could be fighting for a playoff spot.

While it is up in the air how the Chargers will look, they could struggle in the division again this season, after finishing a dismal 0-6 in division play in 2019. I think they will be a bit better in the division this year, but not by much. Here is the game they could win:

December 27 vs. Broncos

This game could be a late-season moral victory for the Chargers, who will sneak in and attack the Broncos at home as the Broncos come off of a tough game against a top team in the Buffalo Bills. Chris Harris Jr. gets a taste of revenge, and this game could be where the Chargers get their first divisional win in their new stadium.
