The Denver Broncos’ 2020 draft class is full of players the team is expecting early contributions from.

In addition to drafting wide receivers with their first two picks, the Broncos found what many perceive to be great value with Lloyd Cushenberry, Justin Strnad and Netane Muti with picks later in the selection process.

As long as John Elway has been the man calling the shots he has never taken a rebuilding approach while constructing the team. He always feels as though he has a team that can make a run and the 2020 season will be no different.

Very few of the team’s 10 selections were taken to be “future contributors” more than immediate contributors.

So what exactly can we expect from this year’s rookie class? Did the Broncos hit a few home runs with these selections or will there be some busts among the group? That’s a hard question to answer before seeing any of these players in mini camps yet, let alone training camp and preseason games.

The Broncos found players for Drew Lock to distribute the football to while also finding guys who can chip in on the defensive side of the ball such as Strnad and third-round choice Michael Ojemudia. Even late-round picks Muti and Derrek Tuszka could play a role this coming season.

Considering each of the team’s 10 draft choices as well as the players signed as undrafted free agents and looking at the class with a complete glass-half-full approach, here are some bold predictions for some of the members of this year’s rookie class.
