QB Drew Lock

Seeing Drew Lock as a rookie in 2019 left me wanting more. There was just so much to like with his performance in five games.

He is going to need to continue this going forward.

Lock’s relationship with his top wideout in Courtland Sutton will also continue to grow, as will the relationships between the rest of the offense, which will likely feature at least three rookies: center Lloyd Cushenberry, and wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and K.J. Hamler.

I really do not believe that Lock will have any issues trying to build a connection with any of the rookies or even anyone at all for that matter. Sure, not everything will go the way the Broncos want in 2020, but Lock is the type of player who does not seem to get worked up in a negative way when things go bad.

The common phrase, “One Play At A Time” will come in handy going forward, and Lock is a guy that will be able to understand that.
