Chris Harris Jr. – Weeks 11 and 16 vs. Chargers
The final member of the No Fly Zone to stay with the Denver Broncos is the final member of this list. Out of all of the players on this list, the Broncos will see a lot of Chris Harris Jr. This is due partly to him playing within the division.
The long time member of a secondary that helped lead the team to a Super Bowl title during the 2015 season made the decision to sign with the Los Angeles Chargers during the offseason this year. I did not take it well as he was my favorite current player. And now seeing him in a different color of blue is going to sting for a while.
But that is the nature of the game. Now, we will see him going up against Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy. The question will be if he is ready to go up against the younger talent at wide receiver.
There were some struggles last year, but Chris Harris was a big part of the team for a good part of nearly a decade. He was always dismissed as a solid cornerback. But Broncos Country knew who they had and he made some amazing plays.
All of Broncos Country will be playing close attention to the wide receiver/cornerback matchup in these two games between the Broncos and Chargers.
