Identify who the starting left tackle is…if he is on the roster.

Left tackle is one of the most important positions on an offense and currently the Broncos do not know who theirs will be.

Garett Bolles was not the Broncos’ biggest problem in 2019 but has provided less than ideal play at left tackle since entering the league in 2017. His pension for committing penalties and overall uneven play has led to John Elway declining his 5th-year option and opened up competition at his position with Elijah Wilkerson.

The Broncos may choose to go outside the organization to bring in available veteran names such as Jason Peters and Demar Dotson remain on the market. However, one name to look out for is Kelvin Beachum. The former New York Jet, Jacksonville Jaguar, and Pittsburgh Steeler had worked with Mike Munchak early in his career.

Whomever they pick, the team will benefit from identifying who the “guy” is as soon as possible.
