Jurrell Casey can make Pro Bowl in first year with Broncos

When the Broncos acquired Jurrell Casey, people were going nuts. The fact that a star defensive lineman was being traded to the Broncos for just a seventh-round pick had everyone excited.

With the Titans, Casey was selected to five straight Pro Bowls.

Could he make it six Pro Bowl appearances in a row? This one will be interesting to monitor.

Casey has had at least five sacks in all but the first two years of his career and has been a dominant interior defensive lineman while getting after quarterbacks.

He spent the entirety of his career with the Tennessee Titans and now is on a defense that has some solid edge rushers to help him get some more one-on-one situations. But to be honest, I’m not sure he necessarily needs them.

Casey is a tough, strong defensive tackle. He can push offensive linemen aside to get to the quarterback or running back. I am excited to see what he can bring to Denver and it would not be a surprise to see him represent the Broncos in the Pro Bowl.
