Week 10 at Las Vegas Raiders

The Broncos will make their first-ever trip to Las Vegas in Week 10 and for that reason alone, it’s intriguing. Throw in the fact that it happens to be the team’s biggest rival and this is a really interesting game.

It’s hard to say what the Raiders will be in 2020. They are a team that has been down for so long, it’s hard to buy any hype surrounding them. At the same time, it’s hard to argue that what Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden are doing together doesn’t look good on paper.

The addition of Henry Ruggs makes the offense much more dynamic. He has the ability of Tyreek Hill and is a home-run threat every time he touches the ball. On defense, the team added linebackers Cory Littleton and Nick Kwiatkoski, big upgrades from what they had last year.

Games between the Broncos and Raiders are always heated and spirited contests. The Raiders aren’t going to want to lose their first game in their new digs to the Broncos, just as they didn’t want to drop the final game in the “Black Hole” between the teams last year.

The Raiders came into that game ready to fight and the same should be expected of them in this one. Later in the year, it’s possible that injuries could be a factor in this game, but barely halfway through the season, playoff hopes should still be alive for both teams.

These two teams will close the regular season against each other at Empower Field, but this game could help decide which direction each of these team’s seasons will go in.
