With the 2020 schedule out, which stretch of games appears to be the toughest for the Denver Broncos?

The Denver Broncos did not win a regular-season game last year until week five when they defeated their divisional opponent, the Los Angeles Chargers. Now with their schedule out, we can analyze the games and stretches of potentially difficult games.

It was a year that saw the team use three different quarterbacks and some struggles, which included the loss of outside linebacker Bradley Chubb.

They finished 7-9 and missed the playoffs once again. That year, they went on a four-game losing streak to begin the season, against the Oakland Raiders, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Denver finally got their first win of the season, and Vic  Fangio’s first win as a head coach, against the Chargers in Los Angeles.

The real positive streak began when Drew Lock took over. Lock’s Broncos finished the season strong, winning four of their last five games.

Things are going to be different for this team in 2020. Obviously, injuries can happen at any time, but Chubb, if all things go as planned, will stay healthy in 2020, which will be a major help.

Without a quarterback controversy in sight, Drew Lock is ready to lead this team. There will be bumps in the road and losses during the 2020 season, but there are bound to be plenty of bright spots.

Denver has the twelfth-hardest schedule during the 2020 season, which isn’t great, but it could be worse. The timing of their bye week is going to be important, especially if they start the season on a bad note.

As for the toughest stretch for the 2020 season for the Denver Broncos, we’ll take a look at the first four games of the season.
