Week 6: vs. Las Vegas Raiders
The Broncos will face off against the second AFC West opponent as they welcome in the Las Vegas Raiders to the Mile High City. Yes, the Raiders have moved from Oakland to Las Vegas. While it might be a while until the Broncos get to see the new Allegiant Stadium, this will be a chance to get that first 2020 win against the Raiders.
As both teams are looking to chase the Kansas City Chiefs, both squads selected an Alabama wide receiver with their first pick. The Raiders went with Henry Ruggs III and the Broncos went with Jerry Jeudy. This first meeting will give us a look and compare which wide receiver will shine.
The Broncos and Raiders have been in a long-standing rivalry for so long. As it stands, the two teams have split the meetings in the last five seasons. In the last four seasons, the home team won each game.
In their final game as a California-based team, the Broncos stopped a two-point conversion by the Raiders to win the season finale by a score of 16-15. It would mark the end of the season that provided Broncos Country with a lot of promise into their immediate future.
