Week 15 – at Pittsburgh Steelers

In my predictions, the final road game of the 2020 season has the Broncos going back to the east coast one more time for a contest with the Pittsburgh Steelers. During the Peyton Manning era, the Broncos and Steelers have produced some close and crazy games.

Peyton Manning’s first opponent in a Broncos uniform was the Steelers. The teams were rematching a game where Tim Tebow helped lead the Broncos to one of only two playoff victories since John Elway retired.

The Broncos and Steelers have had quite a history with each other. Denver has won some important games in the postseason against this team. Then again, the Steelers have done the same.

I had to check, and yes, Ben Roethlisberger is still with the team. He suffered a season-ending injury last year. Despite that, the Steelers still were close to making the postseason last year. I would like to see how Drew Lock matches up against the veteran quarterback.

I’m intrigued to see how the new Broncos offense matches up with the defense of the Steelers. Either way, Broncos and Steelers games are always entertaining to watch. I do not see this game being any different given the history.
