LeVante Bellamy, running back, Western Michigan

LeVante Bellamy gets to keep being a Bronco heading into his professional career.

Bellamy is only 5-foot-9, 190 pounds, but he is coming off of back-to-back seasons with over 1,000 yards for Western Michigan and is undoubtedly one of the top sleepers at the running back position in this class.

With very good speed, vision, balance, and patience, Bellamy has a chance to be the gem of the Broncos’ undrafted free agent class.

He had a monster season as a senior for the Broncos, racking up 23 rushing touchdowns and 29 rushing touchdowns over the course of the last two seasons to go along with 45 total receptions.

If you want to know about the players with the best shot at the roster, it’s never a bad idea to follow the money, either.

Also, this play is incredible…

The Broncos obviously have Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay at the top of the depth chart with Royce Freeman close behind, but that’s not to say that Bellamy can’t come in, make an impression, and perhaps become part of the rotation even as a rookie.

He will have to prove he can make an impact on special teams, but his play speed is an outstanding trait and the Broncos undoubtedly see the same thing everyone does when this guy’s on the field — a threat to go the distance any time he touches the ball.
