Trey Adams

The only offensive player I have the Broncos selecting on day three of the draft could be one that will help on the offensive line that is looking to improve. Denver did draft Lloyd Cushenberry to strengthen the interior of the line. Now the Broncos should look to getting stronger at the tackle position, which will be important to protect Drew Lock.

Since the Broncos did not take a tackle in the first two days of the draft, it is probably safe to say Garett Bolles will likely be here and I predict that Denver will exercise the fifth year option on his contract once the draft ends.

But if I am Denver, I would be looking to strengthen the tackle position. Behind Bolles and Ja’Wuan James, there is not a lot of strong depth. Trey Adams could be an option for the Broncos late in the fifth round.

I can also see a situation where the Broncos make a deal with another team on day three of the draft. John Elway has been known to pull of a trade on the final day. But having a tackle in Trey Adams would be a solid player to add to the offensive line.
