Provides protection for Drew Lock

The Denver Broncos have struggled a lot on the offensive line for some time now. Granted, there have been some solid players who have been great on the line, it has not always resulted in success.

Perhaps the issue was that Peyton Manning was able to get the football out so early it masked the issues on the line. But once Manning hung up the cleats, the problems started to surface. And it has been quite a long time for the Broncos when it comes to protecting the quarterback.

With Drew Lock shooting to be the franchise quarterback, it will be important for the team to protect him. Lloyd Cushenberry can provide that for the young quarterback. He’s been labeled as a solid pass protector, which will do wonders for that offensive line.

It will be important for the Broncos to keep that jersey of Drew Lock clean. If they are able to do that, the Broncos will find plenty of success for the offensive side of the ball.

The team is slowly building a strong offensive line, and that can lead to success. Lloyd Cushenberry will certainly help the case when he begins to snap the ball to the quarterback.
