The 49ers acquired Emmanuel Sanders from the Broncos last season in order to bolster their team for the playoffs and it helped land them in the Super Bowl. But Sanders signed with the New Orleans Saints after the season.

If you watched the Super Bowl, it was clear that with better quarterback play, the Niners would have won that game. The 49ers seem committed to Jimmy Garoppolo, who can play well at times. The team should surround him with more weapons.

Deebo Samuel was a stud as the season wore on last year and if the 49ers were to add one of the top three receivers in this draft, the offense could be quite dangerous as any of those players will be an upgrade over Sanders, who was a good fit in San Francisco.

The 49ers were a couple of plays away from winning it all last season and looking at the team’s roster, there are not many weaknesses. Another wide receiver to pair with Samuel is one and that is why you can find multiple mock drafts that have the 49ers going with a wide receiver.

In a draft where three of the four teams listed here drafted a wide receiver, the Broncos would likely be out on Lamb, Jeudy and Ruggs.

With that in mind, should the Broncos hold tight at No. 15 and let the draft board fall as it may or should they try to move ahead of one or two of these teams to ensure they get the guy they want?
