Denver Broncos: Which teams could stand in the way of taking a WR at No. 15?

Anthony Ratliff-Williams
Last offseason, the Raiders signed Tyrell Williams. He’s a nice receiver, but he’s not a No.1 guy. This offseason, they signed Nelson Agholor, a former first-round pick, but not a No.1 guy.
Zay Jones caught more passes than anyone in NCAA history. He’s not even close to a No.1 guy.
The Raiders have a lot of nice pieces, but not the kind of guy that can give defenses fits and help Derek Carr (or whoever the starting quarterback is going to be) be better.
On top of that, the Raiders know that the Broncos will be looking for a wide receiver so they could be motivated to play keep away from their bitter division rivals.
The idea of Ruggs going to Oakland would be ironic. Former Raiders owner Al Davis was known for coveting speed above any other physical traits so the Raiders drafting the speed burner would make the old boss proud.
Also, after the fiasco last year with the drama surrounding Antonio Brown, the Raiders are going to want to try their hand again at getting a new franchise wide receiver.
If the Broncos make a trade to move up in the first round in order to get a wide receiver, they will want to get ahead of the Raiders in the draft order. The Raiders are a team that should be considered highly likely to draft a wide receiver in round one.
