Wide receivers: Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders

Others considered: Wes Welker

Wes Welker was considered, but not for very long. The obvious wide receivers to make this team are Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders and the two of them played together in their prime.

Thomas and Sanders provided Manning (and the quarterbacks that came after) with two prime weapons to throw the ball to.

Thomas was an animal, posting some of the best numbers the team has ever seen out of a wide receiver. From 2012-16, Thomas posted at least 90 receptions and went over 1,000 yards receiving in each of those seasons.

For his career with the team, which started in 2010, Thomas caught 665 passes for 7,881 yards and 60 touchdowns. Those numbers are as good as anyone on this list can boast about.

Sanders was no slouch either. After coming over from the Pittsburgh Steelers as a free agent, Sanders caught 404 passes for 5,361 yards and 28 touchdowns.

If you combine the statistics of these two players, this is what you’ll get:

1,069 receptions, 13,242 yards, 88 touchdowns. That makes it clear that they are the right picks for the Broncos’ All-Decade Team, as no other wide receiver combination that the team has had over the last 10 years would come even close to those numbers.
