Denver Broncos: Best WR combinations in 2020 NFL Draft
Option 2: Jerry Jeudy (Alabama) & Jalen Reagor (TCU)
Once again, if the Broncos were able to land Jerry Jeudy — Henry Ruggs’ teammate at Alabama — no one would really care what the team was able to do to complement him.
For a good majority of the offseason, Jeudy has been considered a lock top 10 pick and at one point he was considered a sure-fire top five pick.
It’s funny how things change throughout the draft process, but a player like Ruggs would have no business being available with the 15th overall selection. Yet that is a possibility that exists.
One of the best route runners in the entire 2020 NFL Draft, Jeudy is pro-ready with his ability to play every receiver position and beat any type of coverage. Not only is he a tremendous route runner, but Jeudy also has big-play ability as a vertical receiver and can make plays after the catch.
Combining Jeudy’s pro-ready route-running skills with the speed and toughness of Jalen Reagor?
This would give the Broncos a truly dynamic trio of players who could win in a variety of ways.
Reagor is a guy who could benefit from being moved to the slot where he can use his quickness and open-field vision.
He’s also a heck of a return specialist.
Not only is Reagor a speed demon, but he’s also very competitive at the catch point and plays much bigger than his listed size.
Having a combination of Jeudy, Reagor, and Sutton would be outstanding for the Broncos.
