Starters: Von Miller, Bradley Chubb

Things are pretty cut and dry here as Von Miller and Bradley Chubb are two of the best pass-rushers at this position in the league. However, both will have some questions to answer.

Miller is coming off a season in which he only had eight sacks while trying to adjust to Fangio’s scheme, which had him drop back into coverage much more than he was used to.

Miller is still one of the game’s best though and his inclusion on the NFL’s All-Decade Team is proof of that. He will be back and have a better season in 2020 in terms of getting after the quarterback, mainly because Chubb will be on the field and healthy.

All eyes will be on Chubb, who basically had a wasted 2019 season, his second in the league.

Chubb tore his ACL in Week 4 against the Jacksonville Jaguars and was lost for the season. He finished the year with 21 tackles and just one sack.

The team will have high hopes for Chubb in year three and will hope that he will be fresh and hungry to make his mark in the league.

Behind the starters, the team has Jeremiah Attaochu, who resurrected his career with the Broncos last season, Malik Reed, who was an undrafted darling and was pressed into further action upon Chubb’s injury and Justin Hollins, a fifth-round pick last year who had a quiet first season.

But it’s likely Fangio’s defense goes as Miller and Chubb go, so let’s hope they can combine for 25 total sacks, as suggested here.
