Bold Prediction No.1: The Broncos will sweep the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs

Yes, this is going to be quite a stretch, but I am firing the hot take cannon. The Broncos have improved quite a bit in free agency while I have not seen a lot of moves made in Kansas City. If Denver can get some solid draft picks, they could have what they need to take down the Chiefs.

Brace yourselves for hopefully what will become a long-standing rivalry between Patrick Mahomes and Drew Lock. After Mahomes won the first meeting between the two, I see Lock and the Broncos sweeping the season series in 2020. I believe both meetings will be close. But Lock will come away with two wins.

Bold Prediction No.2: Von Miller and Bradley Chubb will combine for 25 sacks

This one I feel has a strong possibility of happening if both Von Miller and Bradley Chubb can stay healthy. I feel the Broncos’ defense will get stronger now that they have spent a year under the Vic Fangio system. And with that, I believe the pass-rushing duo of Miller and Chubb will combine for 25 sacks or more.

There is absolutely no way opposing offensive lines will keep one or both away from the quarterback for long. So, I believe at least that much between the two of them is not too tall of a task.
