Denver Broncos: Grading every offseason acquisition so far
Graham Glasgow, guard/center
Contract details: 4 years, $44 million
The Broncos decided to move on from both Connor McGovern (Jets) and Ron Leary in the 2020 offseason and replace one of them with Graham Glasgow on the interior offensive line.
Although the Broncos are saying they favor Glasgow as a right guard, there is a chance he could end up the starting center of this team moving forward.
One way or another, they paid him a lot of money to be one of their top interior linemen, and deservedly so after Glasgow had no penalties last season for the Lions.
He’s played all three positions on the interior offensive line, and has stated he enjoys elements of both center and guard.
We’ll see what comes of the 2020 NFL Draft, but the signing of Glasgow — at least on paper — fills a huge hole for the Broncos’ offensive line and can hopefully provide some stability up front.
The Broncos paid a hefty price for one of the top available interior linemen, a fair deal for all parties.
