Conclusion

There it is, Broncos Country! Many people advocate not rushing to judgment when it comes to evaluating a Draft class and I agree. One or two years isn’t enough to see how a player really develops as a pro and we need to give them the length of their rookie deals to see what they can become.

Many analysts and fans have panned this draft because of who they picked first. I understand the feeling with that pick but beyond that, this Draft class ended up being one of the better classes the Broncos have had in a long time.

In this class, you developed 4 starters (if you count Jano… I do), two key contributors and a specialist that may have been better than we gave him credit for.

Say what you want about this draft class but to me, Elway and Co. did far more good than bad with this crop of players.
