De’Vante Bausby

2019 Stats: 13 tackles, three passes defended

De’Vante Bausby was one of the players for the Broncos that came over from the Alliance of American Football league that shut down operations last season. It was a true shame because of how popular it was becoming. But Elway was able to sign a player that had shown so much promise in that league.

Bausby surely did not disappoint for the longest time. While his numbers are not particularly high, he showed what he was capable of in the preseason. He would finally get his chance to start and was doing well.

Unfortunately, he would suffer a scary injury that forced him out for the remainder of the season. Denver decided to bring him back on a one year deal. I can’t wait to see what he can do in year two.

Because of his limited time, I will not be assigning a grade for him. If Denver does bring him back, watch out!
