The Denver Broncos have to come away from free agency with upgrades on the defensive line. Who are some underrated options for them to consider?

With just one week before free agents can begin negotiating with NFL clubs, the Denver Broncos have questions that need answering.

One of the most important questions for this team in the 2020 offseason?

Who is going to be starting on the defensive line?

Even if the Broncos don’t sign any unrestricted free agents on the defensive line — which is highly unlikely — they could re-sign restricted free agent Mike Purcell and go into the 2020 NFL Draft with both Purcell and 2019 third-round pick Dre’Mont Jones as projected starters on the defensive line.

If the Broncos wanted to rebuild their offensive line in this draft class, they could certainly do it, but we all know that John Elway likes to address his biggest needs through free agency.

The Broncos have cap space and will undoubtedly be active on the free agent market, which is replete with defensive line talent. But what about some of the names not being talked about all that much right now?

There are plenty of players who can help the Broncos tremendously on the defensive line who are not currently getting a lot of free agent hype. Let’s explore a few of them.
