In just over one week, the scramble of NFL free agency will begin.

The new league year begins on March 18th and for many teams, there will be a slew of players coming and going. It makes for one of the most exciting events on the NFL calendar. The teams with the most money available tend to have the most fun.

According to Over the Cap, the Denver Broncos currently have $57.4 million in available cap space. Only nine teams in the league have more.

This also takes into account the salary of new cornerback A.J. Bouye, who the Broncos acquired via trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars last week.

The team’s plan of attack in free agency has likely changed with the acquisition of Bouye but the Broncos still have several positions of need.

What you won’t see on this list is a wide receiver. The Broncos can use another wide receiver, but this article will operate as if the team uses its first-round selection (No. 15 overall) on a wide receiver.

What will appear on this list is both an ideal and practical free-agent haul for the Broncos. Though these players wouldn’t fill every hole that currently exists on the roster, these signings would help bolster the overall talent on the team in a major way.
