Chris Harris Jr. could play in the slot

If playing as one of the two corners in a standard defense would not suffice, the Broncos could easily have Chris Harris Jr. move to the nickel corner position. He has thrived in that spot before. It is one of the main selling points Cody Roark brings up in the return of Harris Jr.

If he has been successful in that position, then I would be all for him playing as the third cornerback. Bryce Callahan should return from his injury. It would give him a chance to remain in Denver. And it would give the young cornerbacks a chance to continue learning from one of the best in the game.

Tying that in to the salary cap, it would be interesting if the Broncos would be willing to pay a guy that would primarily play in the slot position. But with how strong he has been in recent years, I would be willing to take that chance.

Plus, if there were to be any injuries, Chris Harris Jr. could easily fit into the outside corner.
