Even with the pending trade that will send A.J. Bouye to Denver, the team should still consider bringing back Chris Harris Jr. Here are my reasons why.

Chris Harris Jr. is the last remaining member from the No Fly Zone that is still in Denver. It would be extremely difficult for the Broncos to part ways with the long tenured cornerback. But I do understand that it is the business of the league. We have seen it with Aqib Talib, Emmanuel Sanders, Darian Stewart among others.

It seems as if the writing is on the wall for the longtime undrafted free agent as the Broncos were able to strike a deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars that will send A.J. Bouye to Denver for one of their two fourth round picks. The fourth round pick is the one that they acquired in the Emmanuel Sanders deal from San Francisco.

So, the Broncos still have their earlier fourth rounder, which is a great deal for the Broncos. The trade becomes official on March 18th. Now, most of Broncos Country believes (and it seems to be that way) that the trade spells the end for Chris Harris Jr.

But I would not completely shut the door on Strap Harris’ departure just yet. And I am going to tell you my reasons why a re-sign with Denver is still in the cards.
