The Denver Broncos will have 12 draft choices and plenty of needs to address. Here’s one last mock draft prior to the 2020 Scouting Combine.

Armed with a projected 12 draft choices in 2020, the Denver Broncos are poised for yet another huge incoming rookie class.

Although it seems unlikely the Broncos will take 12 rookies onto their active 53-man roster in 2020, there are currently no shortage of needs all over the roster to be addressed. At this stage of the offseason, mock draft exercises are fun looks at what could be, but they are going to drastically change a month from now.

I think it’s safe to project the Broncos will be very active in addressing the cornerback position and defensive line in 2020 free agency, as well as re-signing or franchise tagging safety Justin Simmons. With that in mind, how might John Elway, Vic Fangio, and the front office build a draft class?

Using The Draft Network’s Mock Draft Machine and some updated personal player rankings, here’s a new mock draft scenario that is unique from other scenarios we have already looked at.

Could the Broncos go defense in the first round? Could they take an Alabama player for the first time in John Elway’s tenure?
