Joe Flacco

Season Stats: 2-6 as starter. 65.3 completion percentage, 1,822 yards, 6 TD’s 5 INT’s, 85.1 QBR

It just seemed like from the first snap on Monday Night against the Raiders Joe Flacco could not get anything going. In all but three games in his eight games as starter, he threw at least one interception.

Granted, interceptions happen. However, it seemed like his would happen at the most inopportune times. It was just proven that he was way past his prime. There was a reason why John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens decided to hand the keys to the car to Lamar Jackson, even when Flacco came back from injury.

In my eyes, he is (or was) a really great postseason quarterback. In the regular season, not so much. He provided a subpar performance in 2019. Sadly for the quarterback, his season ended after a neck injury in his final start at Indianapolis.

Grade: D+
